If your bouquet gets damaged during delivery, just contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving it. Send us a picture showing the damage. We ad-l dress the issue by either sending you a new replacement bouquet at no extra charge or providing a full refund – whichever you prefer.

For cancellations before your order ships out, simply call or email us with your order number. As long as we haven’t dispatched it yet, well process a complete refund of your payment with no cancellation fees charged. The process is easy and straightforward.
